Chapter 17

In this chapter of, Are You Fully Charged, Tom Raths talks about eating healthier! I enjoyed reading the section that talks about finding food that changes your mood. I know when I eat healthier foods it puts me in a better mood because I am hopeful for what my future looks like. The food people eat every day affects their mood. If they decide to eat a bunch of fatty foods, they are not going to want to move, they will just be sitting around all day doing nothing. On the other hand, if people are eating healthier foods, then that may give them more energy. Choosing to eat better nutritious foods can improve your health and well being. This chapter has shown me how eating better can improve my mental and physical well being and the interactions I have with others!
