Chapter 18

This chapter of the book talks about being more active than we are now as a society. I feel as though this topic is really great to talk about. As I have learned in class, the digital age is affecting people's physical and mental health. If people are always sitting down and not being active that is obviously going to cause someone to be physically unhealthy. People are always on their electronic devices today, and that can limit them for exercising and other things that they need to get done. I personally feel that I am always on digital devices for so long every day. That is my fault, I know I can put my devices down once in a while, but it has gotten hard to do. I am reliant on my phone and laptop for everything that I do. Now, as time goes on, I hope I am able to put my mobile devices down and get outside or even just do exercises inside my house. Hopefully, I will be able to spread this idea of getting up and doing physical activity around to my friends and family, so they can start to build towards their healthier life!
